Grooming Appointment Policy Updates

To help keep our schedule running smoothly and ensure every pet receives the best possible care, we’ve made a few updates to our grooming appointment policies:


Timeliness & Late Arrivals

  • A $10 late fee will apply to any client who arrives more than 5 minutes late without notice.
  • Clients who arrive 10 minutes late or more will need to reschedule.
  • Clients who are 10 minutes late twice will be required to place a deposit over the phone when booking their next appointment.
  • Clients who no-show twice will also be required to place a deposit when booking.
    (Note: Cancelling less than 48 hours in advance without valid reason is considered a no-show.)
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to review grooming instructions and ensure a smooth check-in.

Vaccination Policy

  • If we do not have your pet’s vaccinations on file and they are not provided at check-in, we will need to reschedule your appointment.

Communication Reminder

Since the grooming salon is located within Kryder Kritter Hotel, things can sometimes get confusing. Please remember:

All grooming-related communications must go directly to the grooming team (Our hotel staff cannot assist with grooming questions.)

  • Booking an appointment
